Your company is bulletproof. You are unlikely to suffer a cyber-attack in the near future or to lose data and documents irreversibly. You and your employees see IT tools as a useful aid, not as a source of problems and frustrations. You are likely to be saving (a lot) on operating costs and your company's productivity level is close to its maximum potential. Keep it as it is and congratulate your IT team. Your company can boast of being run by an excellent professional!
